Artículo 3
Las empresas que deseen ampararse en los beneficios del régimen que se reglamenta, deberán solicitar su inclusión en el Registro mencionado, de conformidad con el procedimiento, requisitos y condiciones establecidas en el presente Decreto. En todos los casos, las empresas interesadas deben estar inscriptas en el Registro Único Tributario de la Dirección General Impositiva y acreditar encontrarse al día con sus obligaciones tributarias ante la Dirección General Impositiva y el Banco de Previsión Social.
